Deliver prescribed respiratory medication safely — right device, right technique, right checks.
A realistic practice-and-assessment simulator for administering prescribed respiratory medication via a nebuliser and via a spacer with a metered-dose inhaler (MDI). Apply the medication rights, assemble and operate the devices, use correct technique, monitor the response and side effects, educate the patient, and escalate within scope. Every step gives instant feedback — retry as often as you like.

Scope: You administer as prescribed at enrolled-nurse level, per the order/protocol and policy, in consultation with the RN. You do not prescribe, alter the drug/dose, or independently re-dose. Medications appear as “as prescribed” placeholders — this tool teaches safe technique, monitoring, education and escalation, not pharmacology or dosing.
Education-only. Australian context and spelling. Mapped to HLTENN043 and aligned with the NMBA Standards for Practice, NSQHS Standard 4 (Medication Safety), Standard 8 (Recognising & Responding to Acute Deterioration) and Standard 3 (Infection prevention). Generic, original devices — medications, doses, flows and escalation follow the order and local policy. This simulation supports learning and does not replace supervised clinical practice, facility policy or professional judgement.
