OBA operates in accordance with applicable Australian law, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Consumer Law. Registration, accreditation and assessment decisions are made by the relevant regulators (AHPRA, NMBA, ANMAC, ASQA, the Medical Board of Australia and the AMC). Migration advice is provided only by a MARA-registered migration agent.
