Comprehensive Nursing Pathway (RN)


 Duration ~7 weeks.   For internationally qualified RNs.

The Comprehensive Nursing Pathway (RN) provides an end‑to‑end preparation experience for internationally qualified Registered Nurses seeking Australian registration and employment. This pathway integrates NCLEX‑RN preparation, OSCE clinical skills intensive, and AHPRA submission support, ensuring candidates are fully equipped for each stage of the registration process.

Across seven weeks, participants strengthen their theoretical knowledge, refine clinical skills through simulation‑based OSCE practice, and receive structured guidance on documentation, professional standards, and employer expectations. The program also includes a dedicated Employer Readiness Program


 

Comprehensive Nursing Pathway (EN)

 Duration ~7 weeks.   For internationally qualified ENs

The Comprehensive Nursing Pathway (EN) provides structured preparation for internationally qualified Enrolled Nurses seeking to transition into the Australian healthcare workforce. The program is aligned with ANMAC’s Enrolled Nurse Accreditation Standards, ensuring candidates develop the clinical knowledge, professional behaviours, and workplace readiness expected in Australian care environments.

Across seven weeks, participants strengthen their understanding of EN‑level practice, refine essential clinical skills, and build the communication and cultural capability required for safe, person‑centred care. The program also includes a dedicated Employer Readiness Program to support interview performance and workplace integration

 

OSCE Clinical Skills Intensive

Duration ~ 1 week For: NCLEX‑completed candidates preparing for OSCE  

The OSCE Clinical Skills Intensive is a focused, high‑impact training program designed for internationally qualified nurses who have completed the NCLEX/MCQ and are now preparing for the AHPRA OSCE. Delivered in Australia, this intensive provides hands‑on practice across all eight NMBA assessment stations, using realistic simulation environments that mirror the actual exam.

Alongside clinical preparation, participants complete an Employer Readiness Program to strengthen communication, professional presentation, and interview performance for Australian healthcare roles.


Midwife Registration Pathway  

 Duration ~10 weeks. For Internationally Qualified Midwives

The Midwife Registration Pathway provides structured preparation for internationally qualified midwives seeking AHPRA midwifery registration. The program combines ACM‑aligned theoretical revision, targeted clinical refreshers, and professional readiness training to ensure candidates meet Australian midwifery standards with confidence.

Across 10 weeks, participants strengthen their understanding of midwifery practice in the Australian context while developing the communication, cultural, and professional skills required for safe, woman‑centred care.


Dual RN and Midwife Pathway.  

 Duration ~14 weeks.  For dual-trained international nurses

The Dual RN & Midwife Pathway offers integrated preparation for both nursing and midwifery registration in a single intake, designed specifically for dual‑trained international nurses seeking AHPRA registration and Australian employment.

This program builds clinical confidence across both disciplines while strengthening professional communication, cultural awareness, and employer readiness for interviews and onboarding.


Personal Care Pathway.  

Employer Readiness Program is designed for internationally qualified nurses who wish to transition into personal care and aged‑care employment in Australia. It provides structured training that builds confidence, communication skills, and cultural understanding while aligning with employer expectations in residential and community care settings.
