An established and reputable aged care facility in Australia is seeking a committed and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join their clinical care team. This opportunity is ideal for nurses currently residing in Australia or New Zealand who are passionate about delivering high-quality care to elderly residents and are seeking long-term career stability through employer-sponsored visa support.
Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred clinical care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Conduct regular assessments and monitor the wellbeing of residents
- Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively
- Supervise and support Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs)
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
Essential Criteria
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- AHPRA registration
- Currently residing in Australia or New Zealand
- Minimum of 6 months’ aged care nursing experience
- Strong clinical and care planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work across rotating shifts, including weekends
