Terms and Conditions - OBA Nursing Academy Bonus Referral Program

By participating in the $250 Referral Program with OBA Nursing Academy, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:

  • Referrer must be 18 years or older 
  • AUD $250 bonus applies to all OBA Nursing Academy programs: 

- Comprehensive Nursing Pathway (AUD 10,500) 

- OSCE Clinical Skills Intensive Package : For NCLEX-Qualified Nurses (AUD 9,500) 

- Exclusive Networking Package (AUD 7,500 )

2. Referral Process:

  • Referrer must submit referral details through official OBA Nursing Academy channels 
  • Referred candidate must mention referrer's name during enrollment 
  • Each referral must be a unique candidate not previously enrolled 
  • Multiple referrals are permitted with no upper limit

3. Payment of Rewards:

  1. AUD $250 bonus paid directly to referrer's nominated bank account 
  2. Payment processed after: 
  • Candidate's successful enrollment 
  • Payment of program fees (including non-refundable admin fee) 
  • Program commencement 

    3. Payment typically processed within 14 business days of program commencement

4.  Program Validity

  • Referral bonus applies to all current OBA Nursing Academy programs 
  • Program fees are subject to change 
  • Current pricing valid as of March 2025

5.  Exclusions

  • Self-referrals are not eligible
  • Current OBA Nursing Academy staff and their immediate family members are not eligible
  • Cannot be combined with other promotional offers or referral programs

6. Compliance

  • All referrals must meet OBA Nursing Academy's standard enrollment criteria
  • Referrals must comply with Australian privacy laws and regulations
  • OBA Nursing Academy reserves the right to verify the authenticity of referrals


7. Program Changes

  • OBA Nursing Academy reserves the right to:

   - Modify program terms

   - Adjust bonus amounts

   - Suspend or terminate the program

   - Changes will be communicated with 30 days notice


8. Tax Implications

  • Referral bonus may be subject to tax
  • Referrers are responsible for declaring bonus payments in their tax returns
  • OBA Nursing Academy will provide payment records upon request


9. Privacy

  • Personal information handled in accordance with Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)
  • Data used solely for processing referral program
  • Information shared only with explicit consent


10. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will be handled through OBA Nursing Academy's standard resolution process
  • All decisions made by OBA Nursing Academy regarding referrals are final
