OBANA NCLEX is for you if…

You've sat the NCLEX before — or it's your first attempt

OBANA is built for both new graduates and, especially, repeat candidates. Many nurses come to us after trying other reviews and several question banks without success — sometimes years after finishing their studies and after multiple attempts. OBANA works differently: a simple, easy-to-understand system that builds your confidence by teaching the core content first, then testing what you've learned with targeted questions.

You need a clear, detailed study plan

You need the right question bank content

You want a quick advantage

You're serious about your nursing licence

How it works

Start with a well-planned schedule

1

Start with a well-planned schedule

OBANA maps your entire review for you, day by day, with a schedule most candidates complete in around 30 days.

2

Watch the content lectures

Everything begins with owning the core content. OBANA's lectures are lively and to the point — short ~20-minute sittings that hold your attention and make the material land.

3

Consolidate with the Rapid Review

The OBANA NCLEX Rapid Review distils the essentials — the clinical priorities and the high-yield pharmacology you're most likely to meet on the Next-Gen exam — into a fast, focused companion you can move through in roughly 20 short sittings.

4

Practise 5,000+ questions & CAT exams

Sharpen your judgement across 5,000+ NCLEX-style questions, each with a worked explanation. Sit sets under exam-style timing or in study mode, then benchmark your readiness against 500+ full-length adaptive simulations.

5

Complete your review, exam-ready

Finish knowing you've covered what matters. Our approach is simple: clear content, steady practice, and support at every step — so you walk in prepared.

Pace yourself: trying to cram without a plan — like pushing through huge daily question counts — usually ends in fatigue, stress and anxiety, not progress. The candidates who succeed are the ones who keep a steady, structured rhythm all the way to exam day.

Why OBANA exists

A better nursing experience

I created OBANA NCLEX after seeing too many capable nurses held back — not by ability, but by prep that overwhelmed them. I wanted to build the resource I wished every candidate had: core content made clear, a plan that tells you exactly what to do each day, and real support so you never study alone. Better content, better questions, better guidance — so you can go from student to licensed nurse with more confidence than ever.
— Sandra Thorp, RN & Educator, Founder of OBANA
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before you start with OBANA.

Is OBANA for the NCLEX-RN or the NCLEX-PN?
Both. When you register you choose your pathway — the Registered Nurse (RN) track or the Practical Nurse (PN) track — and your programme is tailored to it.
How long will I need, and which plan should I choose?
The programme is fully self-paced. Most candidates complete the schedule in around 30 days, but you can pick a 4, 8, 12 or 16-week access window to suit your timeline. Repeat candidates often choose the longer 12 or 16-week options for extra practice and support.
What's included in the programme?
Guided orientation and a personalised learning path, video lectures with a fill-in workbook, the OBANA NCLEX Rapid Review book, 5,000+ NGN-style practice questions with rationales, 100 critical-thinking case studies, progress exams after every topic, and 500 full-length adaptive (CAT) exam simulations — plus a readiness assessment and targeted weak-area remediation.
Is the content aligned to the current Next Generation NCLEX (NGN)?
Yes. The curriculum is mapped to the current NCLEX-RN (NGN) Test Plan and includes NGN item types and clinical-judgment practice, using Australian terminology throughout.
Do the plans include live sessions?
The 8, 12 and 16-week plans each include one live trainer session every week. The 4-week plan is fully self-paced.
Do I receive physical books?
Yes — the fill-in workbook and the OBANA NCLEX Rapid Review book are part of the programme.
What is the “$50/month” and how does access work?
You pay a one-time programme fee for full access during your chosen study window. After that window you can keep your access for $50/month, and you can cancel anytime.
Does OBANA guarantee I will pass or become registered?
No. OBANA is an education provider. We give you the content, practice and support to prepare thoroughly, but we do not guarantee exam results, AHPRA registration, employment, migration or visa outcomes.
