PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

This self-paced eLearning course provides learners with the foundational knowledge and practical skills required to work respectfully with people from diverse cultural, linguistic, spiritual, and social backgrounds. It develops cultural awareness, inclusive communication, and cultural safety—essential skills for anyone working in healthcare, aged care, disability, or community services. (Equivalent to CHCDIV001 - Work with Diverse People )

Learners study independently online, complete all modules, and progress at their own pace.

CHAPTER 1 - Cultural Intelligence & Inclusive Practice in Care Settings
