Programme descriptor - start here
What the programme covers, who it is for, how it is assessed, and what the certificate does and does not establish. Read this first.
It opens on the finding the whole programme is built around: the ACSQHC Falls Guidelines say FALL RISK SCREENING IS NOT APPLICABLE in residential aged care because everybody there is at high risk, and the quarterly quality indicator counts INDIVIDUALS who had one or more falls at the home, with major injury defined as four named diagnoses.
