Overview:

The Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards were designed to ensure older people in residential and community settings receive safe, respectful, and person-centred care. This learning program helps staff understand not just the standards themselves, but how to apply them in daily practice and demonstrate conformance.

Course Purpose

• Build awareness and knowledge of each of the 7 Strengthened Standards.
• Equip learners with strategies to provide high-quality, person-centred aged care.
• Support staff in embedding cultural safety, respect, dignity, and resident engagement in their work.
