The CPD hours are MEASURED from the content: 438 minutes, which is 7.30 hours, rounded to the nearest half hour. An earlier draft carried a higher placeholder and every module overstated its time as well; both were corrected DOWN from the measurement, because the remedy for a figure you would like to be higher is to add content.
